RETURN POLICY

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original packaging. All refunds and exchanges are subject to review.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved for a return, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and you will be notified by email for approval or non-approval of refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to process by both your band and the credit card processing center.

SHIPPING - The majority of our orders are processed and sent out the same day; most shipments are received within 5 to 7 business days.

To return your product, please mail it to: Right As Rayne c/o HT Inc. 17381 Cache Creek Road, Clearlake Oaks, CA, 95423. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will NOT refund shipping & handling charges on any returned items and no collect packages will be accepted. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any package that is refused or un-deliverable to you will be charged for return shipping to us. We will deduct this return shipping charge from any refund that you are entitled to receive. NOTE: a $25 fee will be accessed for any erroneous challenge to a legitimate credit card charge, which results in a charge back fee to Right As Rayne.
